I bought Scandal Le parfum for a girl I was dating back in the summer. She used to wear it for our dates and I melted every time I smelled it on her. Such a sexy fragrance! I would buy it again for my next GF lol. Armani Code used to be my favorite woman's perfume, but now I have two: Scandal le Parfum, and La Nuit Tresor OMG

I own the new Scandal Le parfum and I can confirm it is strong and it does last! Yes very similar to Hypnotic Poison but for some reason I prefer Scandal le parfum. Not sure why some are having issues with longevity & sillage - I had 1 spray to my wrist and I could smell wafts of it hours later!

I disagree re. Scandal la parfum. It's quite strong on me, and lasts all day, I was still getting compliments on it today at 4pm, and I'd put it on at 7am! I must say though when I first tried it in the shop I thought it was weak, then the next time I tried it it was strong, very strange. I went ahead and bought it and I've never found it weak again, I'm totally addicted to it. I also own Hypnotic Poison and I do smell some similarities, that one is extremely weak on me though, a skin scent within 15 mins and dissappears completely from my skin amd clothes within a couple if hours, if that

I had the same experience with Hypnotic Poison and Poison Girl and J'Adore. They wouldn't even last 20 minutes on me, and I have a feeling it's a pattern with Dior, I've never had this experience consistently across another brand. I think they've watered down the new formulations because I had a friend that used Hypnotic Poison 5 years ago and I could smell her THE WHOLE DAY. Such a disappointment

I've got a sample of Scandal Le Parfum and am really enjoying it. But it doesn't last? I agree that it's not strong. I prefer this scent to Hypnotic Poison but not sure it's worth the splurge considering the asking power is not great. But it does smell really good . . .

Thanx, Sal. Libre Le parfum it is !!!😊❤ It's not available where i live yet and I was contemplating getting the intense but i think I'll be getting the perfume instead. I love heavy fragrances although i live in a hot climate. The original is my fav. of the line cuz it's so channelesque. Luv it ❤

Scandal le parfum isn’t beast mode but lash’s at least 4-5-6 hours(depending on amount I spray)

Hi Sal, I have many of the same thoughts as you do regarding these new scents. I have a travel size of the new Libre and I fully agree that it has just a little pinch of something extra. I like layering this one with the Intense, actually! I've tried the Goddess Intense and I love the initial smell but then it dies down so quickly on my skin that I can't smell it within 15 minutes or less, so it's a NO for me. The other 2 scents we're very non-descript, so overall I'm not pleased except with Libre!

Haha I was disappointed about good fortune as well, I think it's aimed more towards tweens/teens like a first perfume. The new Prada Paradoxe didn't wow me at first either but I fell in love with it hard 💕 Prada is a beautiful jasmine for every day, very long lasting, similar to Donna Born in Roma minus the black current

Hey Sal 🌹you got me intrigued with your thoughts about new Libre…the intense version is my favorite from all of the flankers, but I don’t own any of them. I ended up getting Zara Golden Decade which is a very close scent of the intense Libre. Now I really want to try the newest version…sounds divine 🥰😍

Love Good Fortune - I wear it with Poison - it brings me back to vintage Poison which I love! Good Fortune took 2 hours to dry down and it evolved into different facets of jasmine. It’s all about chemistry!

I tried libre this morning. One hand the original one and the other the intense. Initially I appreciated the intense much more, after a while it was just too much for me. It’s good but too heavy. I imagine it for the Christmas period, when it’s very cold outside, but right now I would say the original fit better and it’s also more different from “the rest”.

Maybe something was wrong with the bottle you tried. I have the new Scandal and Hypnotic Poison. The new Scandal out performs Hypnotic Poison by far!! It is so strong, lasts for hours, and smells better, in my opinion.

I completely agree with you. Scandal le parfum intense by JPG smells much better and is more long-lasting than Hypnotic poison EDT. Moreover, JPG perfumes are cheaper that Dior ones.

Ugh I've been dying to try Scandal le Parfum 😫 🤨🤣 I suddenly feel so much better after I heard u say it's soo weak 😆 Have you tried Olympea Solar? I highly recommend if you like a Creamy vanilla, it dries down to a gorgeous vanilla bean ice cream 🍦 on my skin. I also recommend Prada Paradoxe for a long lasting every day jasmine, similar to DBIR

The new Jadore has the best atomizer However the scent reminds me of Pantene shampoo Which is not a bad thing but ….. I do want the new libre, I have all except edt. I like the new Prada a lot!

@@SallyMarion yes, and it’s not bad, the bottle is gorgeous (milky white in color) atomizer sprays beautifully (reminds me of someone rich lol). Scent similar to Pantene shampoo, but it ain’t bad, I actually like the smell of Pantene. I need a sample to test on my skin. I think I’ll go to ulta today and try it on skin

Totally agree with you about Good Fortune. It’s nothing special at all. Very underwhelming! I disagree about Scandal though, I think it’s gorgeous and it lasted really well on me! I also much prefer AG intense over the original. Haven’t tried the new LIBRE yet as I haven’t seen it in any shops but I’m really looking forward to trying this one! 😊💕

I would say Scandal le parfum intense. The reformulated version of hypnotic poison EDT is so weak. It is just a skin scent that is gone within a few minutes.

Pretty disappointed with the newer releases from the designer perfumes. Even the new Prada perfume is so mainstream. Nothing special. You should try to get your hands on the new Burberry elixir. It’s a better creamier version of Burberry her.

New releases of the past two months dissappoint me terribly. Some of them are just horrible, especially two from very famous perfume houses not mentioned in this video. Libre intense is good, but not that outstanding for me to buy it. According to your description the latest version may be worth buying, but I am going to test it in the shop first.

V&R: I like it more than Prada Paradoxe. Paradoxe lasted forever, but Good Fortune is like Libre, instead of lavender another herbal note, a bit more feminine than Libre. It's ok. Fame: meh: generic mango with a wisp of incense to make it more interesting, nothing special. Paradoxe also same as lots of other scents, bit more perfumey maybe. Alien Goddess Intense I like more than the new Libre Le Parfum. Both warm vanilla's (Libre with spices), but Alien is more cozy: great to snuggle in cold weather. VERY Subtle, for snuggling in front of the fireplace. You won't get noticed with it though. Nothing groundbreaking, but I do like it though, the scent profile. With Libre u will get noticed. Just a bit too sweet to me?+ sillage was like 2 days, was a bit too much for me with this one. :) I also tried out Kayali's Lovefest. hm? On me it lasts on my cardigan, got whiffs of it when I moved for about a day, despite what all other people say, BUT, the smell at the nozzle is amazing, and the first 10 seconds when u spray it: rich boozy cherry and high-end bakery marzipan! BUT, the scent trail u leave smells like a cheap bodyspray. :( I don't get much woods really. Also tried j'adore l'eau: I liked it at the start but became very bored of it very quickly. Pretty but bit boring. Still need to get my nose on Scandal and HP. Still haven't managed it yet.
