I won’t lie… I’ve posted some of my bad art pieces on my IG and I don’t really regret it looking back because my arts gotten better and I always felt like maybe leaving those there and letting others see it it would help them realize not everyone’s got great pieces. One of my traditional pieces I actually really don’t like but I put it out anyway because it was old and I never used references. But now I do and I want to recreate them so bad 😭

The 3D-looking app is Mental Canvas! You import each layer onto a separate plane (or use their built in drawing tools -- which I personally find a bit limited) and then move the camera angle and position to place it into a 3D space.

Loved this and agree with ya lol when you tell people let artists draw what they want, it’s a relief cause I’m working on character art now and have preferences (plus can’t do much yet anyway), and know these days comments like that one will come up often... idk it’s just nice someone else out there saying let artists draw what they want... anyway these are fun and even helpful. I know some of the traditional tips since it’s where I work lol but getting into digital. Once again, thanks for that xD just as an extension to what I already do.
