Every Chilean person I've met have been great people. Worked with one years ago and we would always have Friday arvo beers at his place. This was mad bro. My family's from Sicily and Napoli, and you're right. The way we eat (Aus way) includes way more ingredients compared to food in Italy. Italians are actually quite slim. If you look at the way they eat pasta, their whole plate is like a 'fork'full' of ours. Again, great video. Much respect from Marrickville.

Even though I live in the East and you can get good food here. You still get the best international foods where those immigrant populations settled in Sydney (as you would expect). Growing up in social housing and relying on social benefits I still prefer simple meals - give me a hearty curry over the gourmet, deconstructed, over the top, visual art of a meal where they charge a fortune for a few mouthfuls.
