see this is actually talent, not some kid just sitting really stiff on a chair playing something flawlessly. you actually look like you have fun playing which makes you 1000x better
@MjrNiGhTmArE8 жыл бұрын
+XYXZProductions Yea, It's rare to see one actually feeling the music as well as playing it. Maybe it's only obvious to those of us who play, because what we play touches our soul.

I remember when this first came out in 1984 telling myself this song will never get old. It's 2023 (39 years later!) and still sounds amazing. Great job on the cover Sir! The 80's were a great time for rock music, I'll never forget all the glorious ripping solos from all the big hitters. Thank you for keeping these songs alive for later generations to enjoy.

What strikes me with these videos is not only his skill level, which is off the charts, but his sheer exhuberance and joy in playing these songs......mesmerizing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of those songs you dream about performing for friends or a group of people that ask you to play them something on the guitar. Awesome riffs that are timeless, never gets old. Nailed the cover, the outfit. And being able to move like that while you play is a big part of the equation that makes your playing seem even more awesome. Dude has skills and experience in a band setting, giving a real performance. This was dope.

I love to see someone getting so much joy out of playing the guitar! That's what was so cool about '80's rock too - it grooved and rocked at the same time! I relate to what Jacob is feeling here in this video. Ratt, Dokken, Quiet Riot, Cinderella, Whitesnake, Judas Priest, Keel, Malmsteen, Slaughter, (and heck even Poison!) were just so fun to learn guitar licks from and play along with! I'd do it all again if I could. Keep rockin' Jacob! I've seen some of your newer vids and it's obvious you only keep getting better, dude!

awesome playing man, you rock! like others have said, you're not only spot on with these covers but it's that feeling & emotion that makes you stand out from the rest. the joy comes thru when you play & it adds to the music. I subscribed after I watched 1 of your videos. If you take requests, could you do 'Cum on feel tha noize' by Quiet Riot? I love that song
@graysinclair65726 жыл бұрын
mustangmaniac1983 Well said, because he DOES stand out from the rest. This kid is that good! I just hate he’s having to try and make it in a day and age where the popular “music” industry is full of talentless and substance deficient garbage. Those of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s know we’re hearing something special with this young man’s unbelievable gift. I really hope Jacob will be able to help stimulate a mighty resurgence for the electric guitar and the appreciation it deserves! Rock on Jacob!
