Carlos Cavazo…the guitar player recommended by Randy Rhoads to be his replacement in Quiet Riot. The guitar player for Quiet Riot who had the first number one metal album on Billboard playing in the late & amazing Robin Crosby’s place. He gets so little love. The brotha is an unsung guitar slinger from the 80’s!

No doubt about it, Carlos and Warren together absolute magic. From the beginning for me I was 16 when Ratt started really rollin. Ratt will àllways be on of my favorite bands. Warren is a guitar god. 55 now where does the time go 😮

I went to see Bon Jovi open for RATT in L.A. back in the late 80's. The great western forum. Everyone bood BJ that night. RATT kicked ass. My ears rang for 2 days afterwards!

How else is he supposed to act? Come out with a wheelchair? It’s weird. I used to think it’s sad to see aging rockers act like they’re in their 20’s too. And to some degree, it might be. But now that I’m old, I still like the exact same stuff I liked when I was in my 20’s. I still talk and act the same way for the most part. But the guy in the mirror looks a lot different now. So I’m not really trying to be like I was when I was 20. It’s just who I am. It’s difficult to explain. You don’t want to appear like you’re pathetic and trying to hold onto your youth. But what are you supposed to do? Act like an “old” person? Act “age appropriate “? What does that even mean? You are who you are. And one day you’ll be old too. Just a fact of life. Enjoy yourself and live the life you want. Don’t worry about how others perceive you. Life’s to short to worry about the haters .
