Well me and the young kids in my family certainly here this muse ALL the time. Since April 2016 we saw live Faster Pussycat, Sebastian Bach, LA GUNS, and June 24 Stephen Pearcy who does all Ratt classics with original Mickey Ratt guitarist Chris, Matt Thorn original Mickey Ratt bassist, Greg D Angelo on drums, and June 25 we see Quiet Riot with the same lineup they had when Dubrow died. jizzy pearl on vocals now. This music is alive and well. The bands are all out there playing and if not all the members the lead singers, guitarists guys keeping it very much alive and lots of young kids at these shows. Don't miss out if u love this music get out and go support them live, buy merchandise,, t shirts, this is what Keeps it alive!!!

Yes it is sad. It all ended SO, SO Fucking suddenly! In 1990 it ws going great, in 1991 great, 1992 still going great and then about half way through 1993 everything just fell apart as the youth started listening mostly to rap, especially gangsta rap and if they did listen to rock it was to bands that couldn't play a decent guitar solo to save their lives!! (Nirvana) I'm pretty sure I know why there hasn't been the big resurgence in this type of music that I hoped there would be after the grunge novelty wore off. Do you want to know the reason? The next generation listened to our music, saw videos of our concerts and saw and heard how cool we were and what good musicians we were and said to themselves "Why bother? We can't possibly top these guys! We can't even come close to equalling them." So they didn't even try. Then just to make sure rock was dead the internet illegal downloading sites came along and pounded the last nails into the coffin of the greatest music to ever exist - Rock 'n' Roll! R.I..P.

Ratt was amazing when they came out and people think all 80s bands copied eachother but it was the style then and what was popular, Ratt is unique and cool

I graduated in 1981 and loved hard rock. These guys were so instrumental in the 80's for my metal appetite that I not only seen them live numerous times but they were frequently played loud and clear at our parties! The 80's will never be surpassed for decadence in so many ways!

80’s kid here. I saw Ratt twice in their hay day. I know I sound like a dinosaur but nothing beats 80’s rock. The buzz when a big show was in town. Every group trying to out do the other. The feeling two or three days before Van Halen was coming to your city. If your a 80’s child you know what I’m talking about. There was nothing like it. Back then there was no You Tube. You only saw your favorite band on MTV or in a magazine. That’s it. Judas Priest, Motley Crue, Ozzy, Iron Maiden. That’s real music.
