Ratting With Terriers - Cumbrian Rat Pack

A days ratting with cumbrian rat pack. What an incredible day it way, we actually managed to make three videos out of this day as I ended up with 5 hours of footage. These videos are filled with none stop action, all the terriers and Paige worked outstanding. Hopefully be back out with them again soon. ‪@cumbrianratpack2877‬

Paige seems more apt to point them out to the terriers rather than hunting them. She's still a beast with the rabbits though!

My Patterdale used to be fast as anything and loved catching rats, but he never killed them quick enough so was always being bit on his dewlaps. They scarred up to be like leather over the years hah

I’ve found with dogs that are a bit soft mouthed a bit of ratting makes them harder mouthed which in some cases isn’t a bad thing when you want your dog to hold you pray more firmly.
