Seems like a tactical CB like Nacho. We need him to complement Rudiger who is not tactical but an aggressive CB. Militao is also aggressive so he doesn’t complement Rudiger. You need one tactical and one aggressive.

Nacho is also very aggressive. I think the last naturally tactical Center back we had was Raphael Varane and Tchouameni when he plays there. Raul Albiol was the other since 2009. Oddly Ramos and Pepe were both aggressive but they had lots of success together cos Pepe became more matured and took the backseat letting Ramos do his thing
