It is a bit of work but you get the central locking back on remote control. Got lazy to use the key 🤫

No, only removed door inside cover and the latching mechanism which contains the actuator.

Removing is the hardest part in 99% cases when doing it for the first time, assembling parts back it's the same process in reverse order.
