*helpful tip: when disconnecting the 2nd door handle rod, theres a little black plastic grommet above the 3 Torx screws, take it off. Underneath the grommet you can see the other side of the metal rod. I tapped on the rod to get it out with a hammer and flat head. Dont pound too hard bc it is just a plastic clip. Taking off the rod was hardest for me but doing it this way made it easy.

I had to replace the actuator but I can't reconnect it in the door, anyone else have this problem?

Why does no one show the actual removing and reinstall of the actuator itself once outside the door? It’s totally skipped over on every video

Is there a trick on removing the door handle rod? I'm pulling as hard as I can and can feel the rod flex but it still won't budge. Thanks

Dude your video is terrible. Can’t see at all at the end what you are doing to get that rod out and that’s the most important/hardest part!
