Crispy rava poori tastes amazingly scrumptious with hotel style kurma. Since poori is prepared using semolina (rava) alone, it's very crispy and tasty. You can get creamy texture of kurma at home and it pairs very well with poori. Plan this breakfast combo and enjoy.

Ingredients for Poori:
Fine semolina (rava) - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 3/4 cup (or adjust as needed)
Oil - Enough to deep fry
( let the dough be little loose, it will turn stiff after resting time)
Hotel Style Kurma Ingredients:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
Ginger grated - 1 tsp
Tomato chopped - 1/4 cup
Carrot chopped - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Potato cubed - 1/4 cup
Beans chopped - 1/4 cup (You can adjust veggie quantities as per your preference)
Water - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
TO GRIND:
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cashews (soaked in water) - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 2" piece
Cloves - 2 nos.
Cardamoms - 2 nos.
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
