I finished this recently and it's been on my mind ever since. I'm so glad I caught one stray recommendation of it on tiktok that really intrigued me, and it's a shame that I only found it by chance instead of hearing this hyped up everywhere like it should be. I'm glad we've got folks trying to get the word out

It is CRIMINAL how it's not getting the attention it deserves. This is the BEST book I've ever read in my life.

Yeah 100% agree I have to go back to Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell or The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms to a book that felt so satisfying, fresh and multi-layered. It went straight into my top ten of all time. The delicacy of the romance was so beautiful. The mythology was so satisfyingly weird. The writing skills, my god, he integrated a Greek Chorus into the narrative, how does this man's mind work?
