Ravens beat themselves. Lots of unnecessary undisciplined penalties on defense and lost opportunities on offense. Defense did contain Mahomes though. If Lamar had half of Pat's accuracy, we would have won. That's how it breaks though. Sometimes better players (Kelce/Mahomes) beat better teams (Ravens). I give it up. Hopefully Taylor Swift loses at the Superbowl. We'll see 🙂

Of course you can be a better team and still lose. The Undefeated 2007 Patriots lost to a 6 loss New York Giants team. No one not smoking crack will say the Giants were a better team than those Patriots. The Giants just had a good run and executed well in the playoffs that year. I'm a Ravens fan and I won't say our 2 Super Bowl winning teams were the best teams in the NFL during their respective championship years. When it comes to the NFL playoffs, you're one and done. If it was a 7 game series like the NBA, the best team like the Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls would win every time. Lamar choked but other than Travis Kelce and Pat Mahomes, up and down the roster the Ravens are a better team at almost every position. Chiefs just have a more accurate Quarterback. Lamar blew a couple touchdown passes. Game of inches. If he made those you wouldn't be saying the Chiefs are a better team. When Lamar did perform well in previous weeks, the Ravens blew out the Lions and the Niners. Even now for the Superbowl the Niners are a 1.5 favorite over the Chiefs.
