காவல் துறையை நான் மதிக்கின்றேன். ஆனால் 90% காவலர்கள் காவல் நிலையத்திற்கு வரும் பொதுமக்களை மதிப்பதே இல்லை. மிகவும் தரக்குறைவான வார்த்தைகளால் கேவலப்படுத்துகின்றார்கள். அப்போது "காவல் துறை உங்கள் நண்பன்" எனும் வார்த்தையின் மேல் சந்தேகம் வருகின்றது. இந்த பதிவு சரியோ தவறோ எனக்கு தெரியாது. என் மனதில் பட்டதை எழுதியுள்ளேன்

When the High Court has got power under sec.482 of CrPC to quash the final reports filed by you, who is superior ,then ? All investigating officers are answerable to courts and courts can Monitor your investigation. High court can order further investigation if it is not satisfied with investigation or if it is perfunctory. Further, Supreme Court can issue any direction which it thinks fit, though there is no provision in law.

Hello Sir. Its good to hear from you all the public rights. But its happened 2 weeks back to my father, he is retired govt employee, pensoner, closer to 80 years. He was walking to neary by hotel for dinner at 9 pm. One person stopped him and tell that he isbpolice, and check his dress at the main road, state highways, asking about who is selling packets ets. My father responded that sir i don't know all those , am going nearby hotel for my dinner. Then he put his hand in packet and pick Rs 500 then go away. By the way i am living in abroad, my parents staying alone.
