I have been placed in Wipro Elite in the month of APRIL through campus placements. There are thousands of freshers like me who are hired by these IT companies and even after being selected we haven't received a single update from them regarding On-boarding. It's been 9 months since we got selected through campus placements and we are not yet on-boarded. Every time when we send a mail to the company they will send back an automated mail stating you will be on-boarded based on business requirements. These things are affecting our mental health and unsure about the career ahead. I request you to please make a video to create awareness of these tech companies on how they are creating an uncertainty in candidates career.
