This film is about puberty. Her "desire" for flesh is basically coming to terms with her own sexuality/attractions/urges, etc.

Truly amazing. I couldn't agree more with her. Cannibalism, as many other practices that are actually common in many non-occidental cultures, is a taboo labeled as wrong, and people who practices labeled as monsters- and it shouldn't be the case. I'm not saying we all should go out to kill and eat whoever crosses our path like Alex does, i'm just saying it would be nice to not judge so fast, as long as no one is putting no one in a situation they don't want to be in. I'm glad movies like this exists. It's a step towards acceptance. I admire Julia so much, she is transmitting such an magnificent message. P.S. I'm not a native speaker, sorry if I made some grammar mistakes (which I probably did). If I did, please correct me. P.S2 I have never commented a youtube video before, but this time I feel it was necessary since the only comment about Julia was about her body and not her great mind.

I don't think we should moving towards acceptance towards something like cannibalism lmao Jesus, especially considering that barring incredibly exceptional circumstances, it's an incredibly immoral and wrong action that should not be tolerated or accepted , if it were accepted or tolerated outside of very specific circumstances it would set a very dangerous precedent for society generally going forward.

Ok i understand they throw themselves in front of cars to eat the driver and passenger, BUT! WHO was that person that threw themselves on the floor in the very beginning? Looked as if he wanted to get run over instead of looking for flesh.
