So to be clear , you don’t need a degree or certification to technically be a consultant? You just need a skill and people that trust in you? Is that correct ?

That's right, a certification isn't required to be successful. You need to have expertise and the ability to solve problems that people and organizations have and deliver real value.

u may be know better but here is my suggestion: I would rather watch you talking instead of stock videos. Stock videos are just disturbing for me. IMO
