*Raw and Uncut* - How I Paint My X-Carve CNC Routed 3D Flags

This is a raw and uncut video summarizing how I paint my 3D flags.
Below are the steps I take.
Step 1: Cut the waves on my CNC
Step 2: Cut a Union Profile at .06”
Step 3: Paint the union blue and the field red.
Step 4: Cut Stars and Stripes (design if added)
Step 5: Wire brush the carve to remove any dust or wood fibers
Step 6: Depending on intended finish, sand the painted areas until satisfied with finish
Step 7 (optional): Rub Antique wax or wood aging agent to the whole flag
Step 8: Finish with satin polycrylic.

How do you get you pocket and profile cuts to cut consistent depths over the waves? Does VC Pro auto adjust based on your STL file?

When setting up your toolpath there is an option that says "project on 3d model". It will follow curves of your Model.
