Thank you for the kind words! You have the option of either Java Blue or the Havana Cafe for speciality coffee. Java Blue is the longest lines each day, but we would just watch the morning show to pass time while in line. 💯 Come down to Galveston the day before! People underestimate how long it takes to get from IAH. Even Hobby is a gamble bc there is a good chance with construction or an accident that it may take hours to get onto Galveston Island.

We love Galveston and that is what we do when sailing out of there. We like to arrive at least 1 day ahead of our sailing to enjoy every city we sail out of and Galveston was awesome! Thank you for watching!

Hi, we cruise out of Galveston Tx on 10-12-17-24, our group flew in the day before, we ate at Nick's Sea food Bar and Grill and we ate at SOUL to SOUL Restaurant both places the food was great on Seawall, had a ball on Carnival Breeze, to me Carnival Breeze needs a better selection on the buffet.

I’m going on the jubilee on the 9th of November 2024. Can’t wait. Had some friends who had sailed on it already and they loved it. Now the only thing that you really did talk about was the cabins. Good bad or indifferent. Just asking

My wife and I are going in November, and bringing my parents for their first ever Cruise. It will be our first Excel class ship with Carnival, and I am the type that maps everything in my head 🗺 (Since family will turn to me on where to go). Great review from a typical cruiser's perspective. You are the first video I have watched that mentioned where the shuffle board table was - so that was one final checkbox for me 😁 It also reminded me to grab the single page expanded Deck plans - So I appreciate that! Do you know if any shows (Family Feud, Comedy, etc) have to be booked after boarding for these Excel class ships? Or are they all still First come for seating?

I went on Carnival Mardi Gras december 14 - 20 , 2024 Basically the week before christmas. So far i enjoyed for my 1st time on a cruise the only thing that kicked my booty was when the boat shakes & the turbulance it knocks me out of nowhere like i cant walk straight and you get dizzy at certain times. & like you said the traffic jam i didnt like too. Plus i was scared of heights. I enjoyed shacs chicken & guys burger & fries. This ship and floor layout plans on julibee look exactly alike on carnival mardi gras i was on not too long ago. I didnt get to go into the pool for one cause its too crowded but next time i will get on ethier early in the morning or evening. The only thing i disliked about or sonething they can change is paying for cash at stores. Im like why are they making us use card like i didnt know i have to use card in the stores inside the ship. Im guessing so ppl dont steal money out the registers i guess to prevent it. This was a cristmas gift from last christmas so yeah this 2024 of december we got to go. Other than that i enjoyed my vacation it was nice pretty nervous for my 1st time but hopefully i go again soon. May i ask you what did you enjoy about your cruise. Have you ever been on carnival mardi gras.

Thank you for watching! We have been sailing since 2022 and we fell in love with it! Every cruise we go on we enjoy and enjoy it in different ways. Our experience on the Jubilee was probably our favorite. The ship is perfectly laid out and there is plenty to do.

I agree with you on Shaq's > Chick fil a, but my personal unpopular opinion is that I don't like Chic fil a at all. I am not a fan of breading over floured/battered. We love The Spot too, and this time around are going to be staying at the hotel right next door, Holiday Inn Express. Willie Gs is also another great place to eat. Harbor House is expensive, but worth doing at least once. You can get up early in the morning and watch the ships come in from right outside the hotel, and the port is actually walking distance, even dragging luggage. The hotel itself is just okay; the price is definitely about the location. With you on that drive from Houston, and this time we really have a long drive because we had to fly into IAH. Coming from a small town in WY we have limited options, and get to pick either United or Delta. Delta is expensive, United doesn't fly to Hobby. It's the pits. Driving to Denver in January is just asking for trouble, otherwise we'd be on SW. Oh well. Can't wait for January!

I’ve been on the jubilee 3 times and chi bang is usually a hit or miss it was good on the first jubilee cruise I was on and on the others it was very very mid wasn’t really a fan of shaq’s big chicken other than that great ship love the layout the casino is a little small but it’s not bad I go back on this ship in January and I can’t wait🎉

Disliked 1. Buffet is awful. Lacks options 2. Toilets around the ship. Single user and pain for all to know how to use 3. The shows. Sadly not its own. Some same as the carnival celebration. No good broadway shows. 4. Comedy shows are short 5. Elevators suck - small Staff 5 stars Nice casino with plenty of non smoking Serenity area for adults was nice
