Raw footage and rambling lower timing chain cover

Had a leaky lower cover and had to re seal it, just some raw footage with a mic on talking to myself

Many of those lower chain covers come slightly off from factory. I keep an old engine block (bad cylinder bores) as a guide, and use it to line up the cover and tap all lip edges with a sledge hammer and an extension, and then use a film of paper to check clearance. And sometimes the bolt holes are a little off, and take the time to open them so the bolts fit perfectly. It is recommended to sand off the gloss black paint on the lip edges of the cover ( I use a bit metal brush on a drill) and then clean the surfaces with alcohol.
