I just ordered from a vendor to there in Vietnam. The processes is stressful especially with looking for how to send the money to them since they don't accept PayPal. I am patiently waiting since they said its 7 days to the uk. The cost of shipping is ridiculous. I paid 70 dollars for 500g using Ups

Hi Ebere, I am a hair seller and also a wig maker, regarding the shipping that's how long it takes from veitanm to ship their hairs, if I order hairs from my veitanm vendor it takes 6weeks for me to receive it ,what happens is that when someone orders hairs that's when they will start processing the hairs , they just get hairs in bulk and leave it until customers orders.

Hmm,well,I think they should consider re-strategizing their production protocol for better efficiency in meeting customer expectation/satisfaction as not everyone will be cool with the 'endless wait'

Did you try washing the hair once you got it? I opened mine and thought I had received bad hair but then I washed it and it was gorgeous

I watched this video and i decided to give them a try. I spent over 900 Canadian dollars on this company and i got the worst hair in the world. My rep was Martha. I couldn't use the closure after washing it the second time.

This hair looks really good quality, but all hair looks good when been advertised, cant guarantee that's what customers are sent. It always bothers me when i cant pay with paypal. At least when i order hair using paypal it its not as described when it comes i will open a dispute showing not as described and know i will get my money back.
