The police could watch the video and warn him and let him go with a warning if there was no perceivable remaining threat. The fact is he didn't escalate the violence after he grabbed the shirt. He should have had the sense to let go of her shirt so my guess is he was drunk . You are probably right. I just don't think cuffs, prison etc. are warranted by this. I would like to see what led up to this.

You can't serve someone in that situation they will fight no matter what or complain no matter what you do. They claim they care about customers, and employees but allow this abuse in their business. He should have just been given corporates number to make his complaint, and leave if they tried helping him nothing is working. This guy clearly has issues of wanting to control other people. I wouldn't be surprised if he hit a woman in the past. Maybe she taught him a lesson more than what is shown here. Honestly it looks like the only man in this situation is the woman the manager looks lost what should I do next look. The other guys look like they are zoned out, and have no comment.
