mangoes are everywhere in summer and recipes you can make with this king of fruits mango is next to infinite, sky is the limit and here we have this amazing aam ki launji a recipe that goes well with phulka, paratha, or any flat bread,
mangoes are available in summer and hence this recipe when made can be stored in fridge for easily a month and consumed, isn't it a great shelf life for one time made mango chutney to be enjoyed thereafter ?
