It is dangerous advice to say dogs can only eat chicken without being heavily supplemented. It is reccomended to have at the very least 3 protiens to rotate. Plus you need another organ in addition to liver. Less bone and more meat. 80% muscle meat, 10% bone, 5% liver, 5% another organ(kidney, spleen, pancreas, brain)

Question, my dog was diagnosed with diabetes He's on insulin, he is losing so much weight I looked for grain free, good kibble but saw this type of feeding and well, it just makes sense... But my dog won't touch it I give him, liver, beef, and chicken with bone He looks at it. And gets up and runs away Begging me for the can food Which was only a treat he got, pre diabetes.. Any advice? How can i get him to eat it?

Do you have to be exact with the weight? Does it matter if you short a few grams either way? I have a bull terrier so feeding him wet food with lamb bones as a treat! Welcome any advice you guys can share. Thanks!

you absolutely do need some variety in your proteins, at least 3 proteins on regular rotation, and you need to include much more red meat than you are. people should not be feeding a raw diet without educating themselves. a poorly balanced raw diet is more dangerous than any other diet you could feed.

do you find your dogs get constipted and their poos are rock hard with just meat and no roughage added? like greens or fruit
