Go watch before 2027. They will have smaller engines and less power after 2026 because of the new rules and regulations in 2027.

@@Motorbikes950 imo the 800s sounded the best. However with the new regulations they will be forced to have smaller pistons and longer stroke which probably means less rpm. But you never know. I personally don't think the sound will be worse than the 1000ccs. Not as loud maybe, but it could still be mighty aggressive.

I'm first and foremost a car guy and a car racing fan, but boy oh boy do I find bikes amazing to watch. These current MotoGP bikes sound absolutely glorious, especially with this audio quality. It's also spectacular to watch the way these guys move their body and bike as one to take corners, it's a level of mastery that is impossible not to respect - whether or not you watch bike racing.

bike racing is much better than car racing from an entertainment point of view man, I used to be first and foremost a car racing fan until I got into bike racing, I mean, to win you MUST be the fastest otherwise everyone will overtake you, in car racing, most of the time you just have to put your car in the right place around corners and no one is going to get past cause there isn't any room, but that doesn't happen in 2 wheels racing, you're NEVER safe from someone sending it up the inside, and if they get it wrong, they crash and take you down, there's so much more at stake in motorcycle racing, whether or not you like bikes is one thing, but it's undeniable that bike racing has a lot more action.

People do a lot of whinging on the internet about the insane amount of trickery in these bikes, but mark my words: the moment they're gone, they'll looked upon with the same reverence as Can-Am cars. I never could quite detect the difference between the V4s and the Yamaha's crossplane I4, but now I hear them in isolation? The Yamaha seems to produce more resonance and a deeper, richer tone. I wish the blue bikes weren't struggling so hard performance-wise, but at least they win the sound contest lol

Ive been few times in MotoGP tests and got the chance to hear the Yamaha engine in slow corners without other noise around and Ive fell in love. On the other hand, I find KTM and specially Honda a little disgusting. Pd: Years ago there were V4 screamer. They used to sound very very well.

I'm the one to look fondly at the 2000's bikes so I don't think I will. But also, the reduction in aero and bike width is negligible. 50mm, 25mm on both sides aren't gonna do much. But it's also a chance to slow down SBK and make it a true stock championship again like it's supposed to

Had the pleasure of listening to this for a whole race weekend. The unique thing about all of this is the track. All tracks echo the sound so differently. No doubt you can hear the bikes from anywhere on the track. The acoustics created by open spaces & confined sections really does allow unique sounds from all of those parts. This video is great because we hardly get to hear individual bikes dancing around the track like this. Epic sounds right here 🏍💨

Bozzy. Thank you very much for this video that I have never seen live of moto gp motorcycles, and this is the closest I feel to a moto gp motorcycle in my life, the sound is crazy, I love it. When I listen to the video I can feel the traction control and how the up and down gears sound and the different engine sounds, this is much better than watching MotoGP on TV. You can also do it with the wsbk motorcycles.
