We black people were taken from Africa and our ancestors endured slavery , but we ended up as citizens and owners of some beautiful places . Fun Fact! Bahamas & Jamaica's Head of State is the King of England, since they are not Republic countries. Trinidad & Tobago and Barbados are fully self governing countries (Republic Countries) and relinquished the English Monarchy.
@brian359rolle7 ай бұрын
@@seygra20@seygra20 This is partially true; they have different styles of Government; the Bahamas and Jamaica are Democratic constitutional monarchies, and their head of state is represented by a Governor General who represents the King, while Trinidad and Barbados are Democratic Republics, and their head of state is represented by a President. Both countries are independent, and the British monarchy is a symbolic head. It in no way governs the Bahamas or Jamaica territory. So, to make it sound as if the King of England plays a role in governing these territories are false; they are just as independent and self-govern as Trinidad or Barbados. Now, Cayman and Turks and Caicos are different; they are not independent of Great Britain.
@Tejaye7777 ай бұрын
@@seygra20 True!!!! For Caribbean countries T&T and Barbados are fully headed by their own head of state the Presidents. For CARICOM Barbados, Guyana and T&T are fully self Governing Republics and the UK down have any role in their governance.

It appears you are one of those who hate Jamaicans . How dare you assume I am trying to use Bahamas to get to America ? And have no right to compliment or speak highly of the Bahamas.
