I like this idea of "raw work". Shows the reality of boxing training. Its not this crazy rocky training montage but rather a repetitive and tedious process

idk if there's a changes in his stamina, i notice that he's having a hard time dealing with his stamina now, the way he breathe, he looks like he's easily exhausted, i hope he notice that too, that's a big factor if he's facing Beterbiev. i didn't saw him like this in his previous trainings, like the Canelo fight, he's not like this. keep up the good work Bivol, we're rooting for u against Beterbiev.

this is just clips of him training bro, god knows what other training he was doing off camera which probably made him tired, its hard to come to conclusions from 10 mins of training clips

Do you not see the pattern of his training? It is not a simple bag work it is explosive bag work. Coach is commanding him to go all out of 30 seconds and reduce the pace and keep hitting with lower intensity. That ingeneral is extremely exhausting.

it’s a process you’re not gonna be in top fight shape he’s definitely working behind the scenes and not only that you don’t gotta worry about a champion like this to not show up in shape well conditioned. There’s a reason why he’s who he is and you are who you are

Okay for anyone who can help with this. I've recently been having a lot of problems with my crosses. I do Muay Thai, and recently have been looking to up my punching game. My crosses are just straight up week. I have been doing a lot of supplementary gym work to improve them, but I always end up hurting my wrist for some reason. I am right handed, and fight in an orthodox stance - yet still, my crosses and even hooks on the right are just weaker. Any suggestions on how to make them stronger?
@mjolninja9358Ай бұрын
If your wrists hurt, it could be on your form. If not maybe do some wrist strengthening exercises, like the ones beterbiev do. Knuckle push ups are pretty good too, thats where i started.

'd like to learn why all his Jabs and Crosses are at the shoulder level on the punch bag. I train : my hits are a bit higher at my components head level , but Bivols punches are all seem to me at his shoulder level, like body shots.. I am new to this sport ,Can someone tell me why ?

Foreman also didn’t use proper form when training his power shots, you dont need to maintain proper form in the bag as long as you know what type of training youre doing i.e speed, power, stamina, technique etc.
