This is astonishing. Her back and her hand balancing are both equally incredible. Not to mention, impeccable expression and musicality. This is very, very inspiring. Anastasiya is everything one could hope for from a physical artist. This piece has flawless lines, control, poise, expressiveness, and great choreography, all with the appearance of effortlessness.

not only is her flexibility out of this world, so is her strength. While bodybuilders boast massive but mostly athletically useless muscles, her strength is infinitely more applicable to everyday performance. Such strength and control in one arm handstands and also her press to handstands are amazing.
