I don't know about other countries, but in Finland everybody knows not to use heavily scented perfume in schools or at work, because someone can be sensitive to smells and could get a bad headache. That's why I'm suprised that so many brands put out products that are heavily scented. Even a person who's not normally sensitive to smells can get a headache or just not like it. Guess it's all the same ish after all and they're just trying to mask the chemical smell with a heavy scent.

Anomalyah Black IDK as a elementary school child they told us not to use strong scents and its seen as tacky and rude to where a really heavy scent which is why I’m surprised so many high end make up is perfumed whereas drug store makeup is usually scentless or just smells like makeup and fades after a couple seconds. Weather absolutely affects cluster headaches -- and migraines and everything else! I struggle with migraines and I have lupus, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and a few other things. It snowed recently and I was SO SO SO sick -- even for the few days afterward! The change in air pressure seriously effects headaches, migraines, and your joints. It's awful and you want to die. I 100% feel you. Keep an eye on the weather, and a day or two before it's supposed to be gross, do your best to rest! It won't fix it, but it will help. Also, drink more water than you normally would! I'm sorry that you struggle with this! I know how awful it is. Don't feel bad for taking time off to take care of yourself -- none of us want you to feel horrible while trying to film! Especially if you vomit on camera. ;)

girl if you think the weather contributes to your cluster headaches you should totally add that to your headache tracker!!! like add a little section where you could put whether it's sunny, rainy, cloudy etc. also i'm so glad you're feeling better we missed you

Kristi, I have a TERRIBLE time with my cluster headaches with the weather. My kids also have the same issues. All 3 of us will get them at the same time. It really sucks!! With your journal, you should write down the barometric pressure that day and see if there is a trend. I am able to plan around them because I always get them at 29. It has everything to do with how your tissue, blood vessels, etc expand and contract with the pressure and pressure changes.

Kristi, I love your musings at the end about the cycle of consumerism in makeup! I'm doing a no-buy year on my channel, and this is exactly why I'm doing it! I want to enjoy what I have and relish the products that I already know I love. The biggest surprise so far is that was much easier than I expected to just turn my internal need-new-releases switch to "off." I've learned that we actually don't have to be victims of the revolving door of new makeup; we can just enjoy the new releases from afar while choosing not to buy them. It takes grit but it's been life-changing. Anyway, thanks for delving into this subject! xoxoxoxoxo

I have Typical and Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia, been through all the meds and I even had brain surgery for it two years ago. I agree. Whenever I used something that's scented (doesn't even have to be headache worthy), I get little bumps that literally grow as I'm putting on the rest of my makeup. And it's always somewhere close to my eye, and obviously, everyone can see it. It goes down after a few hours (1-2) but it's annoying that companies have to scent their products. I get that people don't want to have a product smell like chemicals, but don't go to the point of full own field of roses that go own for 3 miles in each direction!

Took me years to figure out triggers for my migraines but there’s barometric pressure migraines related to weather changes. Hydration helps immensely as does eliminating inflammatory foods from your diet...oh and cutting caffeine as they can trigger rebound headaches. I’m so glad you’re feeling better 🌷💜❤️❤️💜🌷

I think the good thing is- I as a consumer, can say yay or nay to whatever release is coming out and decide on what and where I can spend money. Also- it would be cool to see your products you love or to see you shop your stash once every two weeks. Or like more plan w me's. Or products that you have used up and repurchased, etc. There's an entire movement about minimalism and while I think its masked behind a veil of superiority sometimes, its good for perspective. Omg please do a video of your old favorites, I definitely agree that's it's soo overwhelming when all these companies come out with new releases, and as a consumer it's frustrating too because as much as I would love to have all the new and latest things, I don't have the money for it. I would absolutely LOVE to get the new Mac collection, because I grew up in the 90's and just seeing the cassette tape lip palatte and the boombox palette just took me right back to middle school. But I can't justify the price, especially in the financial situation I'm in now. Anyway, I'm down for a full face or something of old favorites video. Pretty sure Tati did a review on it too and she really liked it as well. I've been seeing a lot of beauty KZbinrs loving it. The have some super light shades, and for different undertones, for sure. It is like, $10 at Walmart. I've been having trouble figuring out my shade as well. I am usually porcelain, but need a more neutral or cool undertone. Sure wish you could swatch in store. The color in the bottle can be misleading. I am very indecisive too and do not want to have to buy 3 shades, just to figure out which one is right for me.

I got the flower beauty sponge because of one of your videos where you talk about how squishy it is and whenever I use it I jiggle it first because of that video, and it makes me laugh every time.
