Google Glass died for legal / privacy issues and because it was super-creepy. Did the tech refresh and pretty frames fix this?

one of the ways it's trying to not be creepy is when it's recording, there is a tally lamp that you cannot turn off or cover (it knows when you try to cover it).

Honestly, the landscape is just different than it was when glass released. People generally have less concerns over privacy now. Although, as Ms. Ohishi says, they do have that indicator light to make it obvious when you are being filmed or pictured.

What I meant is, that it's most likely that it's technologically possible, but they wouldn't do it because of privacy concerns!🥲 (which I agree with)
