I wonder if you could get the compute puck small enough to combine with the EMG band and combine them into a smartwatch.

Maybe in the far future, but the shorter term issue would be heat dissipation. It also doesn’t need to be so close (I heard people who did demos say it was up to 8ft away) so maybe you don’t need to wear it.

Gadgets to farm even more of your soul away for profit to the big corp's. In an ideal world all kit sold would be open source, but where is the control and profit in that. Cynical, maybe. Do I use tech - yes, love it but I never buy anything new and wait a couple of years or so to decide whether to purchase. Usually at a 40 to 60% marked down on new. Just my own opinions, take it the way you want.
