What software did you use to upscale it to 4k and such high resolution?

There are many software programs available today to restore videos! But unfortunately, not a single one achieves this result. the most difficult thing is to obtain something natural... It's really complicated to detail my method. step 1: Usually I import the sequence into Adobe Premiere. If it is in black and white I correct the exposure, the contrast, the light and dark tones, as well as the whites and blacks, if it is already in color I skip this step. step 2: I export to a folder, in sequences of PNG images, often between 3000 and 5000 images for 2 to 3 minutes of video. step 3: I launch a colorization frame by frame! step 4: then I do a colorimetric correction to eliminate as many errors as possible! step 5: I do a first treatment of pixel enhancements in 2K “always frame by frame”. step 6: I switch to a different Face recovery or two (because some provide a lot of recovery but not total fidelity of the face and others are more faithful but the recovery is lighter) which I will mix in the final edit with two video tracks superimposed and opacities between the two to have quality while keeping faces as real as possible. step 7: I finish with a penultimate processing of the pixels in 4K by compiling the image into mp4. step 8: now I either have to do an interpolation in 60fps or two if I have both face recovery, to gain fluidity on the video, or put it directly on the Timeline to resynchronize it with the soundtrack.... In short, all this represents between 5 and 8 different software and treatments...😅😅
