Needed this. Much appreciated Brother Karlis. There are so many great interpretations of this song from Aretha and Etta to James Booker. As for more Ray tutorials I'd vote for Sweet Sixteen Bars or Rockhouse

Awesome, man. Could you maybe spend some time explaining the function of all these chords in the song? Especially the modified chords with different bass notes.

You ungrateful people expect everything for nothing. You think he is your teacher. Bet you skip ads and don’t even listen to his music to support.

@@daniel-1998 I'm pretty sure he'll appreciate the fact that I rated his content "awesome", and that I'm interested enough in his skill and talent, to bother spending my time to suggest perhaps an extension of the lessons beyond just playing to actually teaching why or how the chords work. I'm sure that he'll appreciate the fact that there are people interested in this topic, and that it would perhaps expand his audience and give him more exposure and more income. And last but not least, I'm sure he's wise enough to understand that I simply made a suggestion, and that by no means I'm being arrogant and feeling entitled to personalised content. He's wise enough to understand that a suggestion or a comment is not a demand, nor a criticism. On the contrary. It's only appreciation for his work.
