to be fair they would have had no chance in getting to sell on CG turf if it wasnt for her getting CG to understand that they dont have to be worried about the clowns so she has helped

You're right that she got the title because of Chatterbox, but that's part of what makes the storyline interesting. Rae's character is put in a position of authority her character will feel is unearned, and now she's RP'ing in a way that reflects that. Chatterbox won't feel that way, because his storyline is that Ray Mond has given him the drive to take leadership despite the bullshit that comes with it. And some clowns (especially those that are closer to Chatterbox and Ray) notice that and comment on it all the time.
