One of the better guests you have had so far. Remember I started watching AH content back when he was still there, his iconic "LETS PLAY" shout is forever ingrained in my brain. Was sad when decided to leave, but so happy to hear he is doing well for himself on twitch. Might hop on over to watch a bit if I can find the time to do so. Also, the deep dive convo on achievements was god tier. Great episode.

this was amazing to watch! i love ray, and listening to his story about how he got into and out of achievement hunter was very interesting. I still miss him at achievement hunter, but that off topic he did a year ago, and the in depth story about his career he told here, might just be the closure that i needed. thanks kindafunny!

1st time hearing the full story about the move; gotta say, it's a lot less drama-filled than what the fans were making it out to be!! I totally understand where you're coming from Ray, but I don't remember getting a different feel from you in the last year aside from the minecraft stuff (which I 100% agree with. Hell, everyone else in the group pretty much does too). I'm never big on watching twitch streams, just can't get into watching them at a specific time for hours a day, but I do watch the youtube re-uploads. Still love your content man, keep it strong :D

I started watch achievement hunter when they were doing guides and can remember all these transitions as Ray was saying. I remember the announcement of Ray leaving and it being such a weird thing to see. Why leave that? I remember going to those first streams and watching him play GTAV and other games and knowing then that this was what he should have been doing because looking back you could see his burnout in all the AH content. Loved watching his streams still. Great episode KF.

As much as Ray was and forever will be my favorite all time member of Achievement hunter, no one there has ever made me bust out laughing as much as him when he was there and on internet box, when he left a group of people to riff off of all the humor i loved about him, changed to reading chats and i could give a rats ass anymore, Ray is king of quick wits when surrounded by actual people, otherwise bless your heart dude that your subs don't care.

Back when he did leave it hurt, and felt a bit betrayed, but seeing him grow to be within Top 5 of big new releases, or just consistently having 1000+ viewers, and seeing him enjoy himself, it's sorta mended all that pain, and this just kinda puts the icing on the cake, knowing he regrets how he acted, and he feels remorse for his past. I'm not trying to say I should mean anything to Ray, just providing my views, and just wanting to say I'm proud of him for doing what he does, and taking a bet on himself. Great guy, great episode.

... What? If a mod or add on gives you an advantage, it's a cheat. If they haven't published it in a game but it assists you is a cheat. I respect both of you for gaming but... No. You're wrong.
@TheKoalaTTV5 жыл бұрын
I would argue that isn’t always the truth. For example: in hearthstone you can use an add on as a deck tracker just to see what and how many cards you have left in your deck. It doesn’t help you win at all it is just for people like myself who may have a bad memory or want is left in the deck.

If Greg is stil wondering why WHCF isn't doing as good as he wants it to. Maybe one of the reasons is because i don't know who this is and don't care so not gonna watch it. Guessing more people have that with other guests so the numbers are not what Greg wants them to be...just my two cents.
@johncolt27355 жыл бұрын
I'm actually in the reverse I just found out about this podcast through Ray, I guess thats the cool thing about these kinds of things is that they interact without us knowing and what's cool about this is that WHCF is handing out a platform for these guests to talk about themselves and gain new fans and such while the guests would come here, bring their fans and introduce them to this podcast that shows guests with different stories and so might want to watch more of them. I for one am glad I found this podcast this way, and I'm definitely watching more
@firedragon045 жыл бұрын
