Good for you, Ray. I hope you've kept it, and it's continued to enchant you. I have a '53 Packard Clipper DeLuxe, with the 327ci, three-speed, and overdrive. I've had mechanicals repaired to be safe and reliable. The paint is original, but shines when I polish it. Taking it out for a drive every week or so brings me joy. People smile and wave.

I love it Ray, it takes me back to my childhood. A great family friend owned one but I never got to travel in it. What a swap,,, You did well.

Hello I have a 1954 Packard Patrician straight eight here in the UK 🇬🇧 I rebuilt the Packard 359 and it now has a Clipper manual transmission and a Warner overdrive. The car was brought to the UK in 1962 by an American Air Force pilot. He never went back to the States and passed away here.
