Jay, what is your workout routine like? Diet?

First thing in the morning, I drink 10 ounces of water with creatine amino acids and Baja gold salt in it. Then I do 3 to 5 minute cold plunge. I tried to work out for 20 to 25 minutes in my garage. Three eggs every morning lunch usually consist of tuna, fish or some type of chicken on a wrap. Dinner is whatever Nana cooks. Just try to stay away from chips and Bojangles and fried foods. Just tried to keep my caloric intake down a little bit and stay active.

I was in Dominican Republic for a church/school building project in January. Seeing you guys using the jackhammer to dig a footer trench was exactly what we had to do. They have 10-14 inches of “topsoil” (hard packed coarse sand and seashells) over concrete hard fossil coral. The engineers (inflexible government types) called for 2’ deep footers I guess due to their solid concrete wall and floor/roof construction. Of course the weather threat is not frost but they do get the occasional hurricane😮.
