A technique you may want try is making small punctures all over the turkey legs with a knife after appling the olive oil to allow your seasoning to seep down into your turkey legs then cover them and refrigerating them for no less than one hour before putting them in the oven to add more favor. Is just a suggestion I wanted to share with you. Other than that, know that I enjoy watching your videos.

Hey Bro. Ray ♥️ Loves me some turkey legs now. I’m digging your seasoning blend but you know what makes it easier? Just put all of them in a bowl, stir with a whisk (for even distribution)then season your legs. I’m loving the cast iron pan too! I use a cooking bag for mine(easy clean up). Yours look beautiful 😍.

Never put hot water ,or the surface will cook already. Best is to boil in a pan first so the spices dissolve,then let it cool completely, then you put with turkey😊
