Rayman Origins: Blue Mountains Mod

It's Blue Mountains!... almost. Considering this level mod was the smallest size-wise, it took a ridiculously long time to finish. Life seems to have a knack of making things extra difficult whenever I start work on a mod... :s
The stone dogs are still there, but they're looking a bit ticked off.
But then, wouldn't you if people kept using your head as a springboard? Mr Stone doesn't seem any more welcoming than he was 20 years ago, but punching his eyes out? He didn't deserve that. :/
**Note**
Some of the backgrounds don't always load correctly in the Golly G. Golem area. If this happens, try closing the game, then Texmod, then running the mod again - this usually fixes it.
HOW TO RUN MODS
---------------------------------
To run the mod files you need a program called Texmod, which you can download from here: code.google.com/archive/p/tex... (select the texmod zip file at the bottom of the list).
1. Open Texmod and click the large yellow folder icon in the top left corner. Select "Rayman Origins.exe" (usually found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Rayman Origins\).
2. Select Package Mode in Texmod, then select the mod (.tpf file) by clicking the small yellow file icon to the right.
3. Click "Run" and the game should load with the selected mods.
4. Enjoy! :)

+RayCarrot Sadly not. I've tried several times but Texmod doesn't seem to work with Legends. It's a shame since I really wanted to do some playable character mods for that game.

You did a very good job on this one, aswell as on any other of your mods. Your mods seem like a concept, that the developers of Rayman Origins should have included in the game before starting at a completely new point of the game (Because y'know, "Rayman ORIGINS") Just as the limbless 'Nymphs Mod' this one should've been included in the original game, just like the other re-design mods. +Nathan D L Neumann I've thought about doing a Dream Forest mod before but haven't been able to work out how to change things enough to make it look different, as Jibberish Jungle looks similar to the Dream Forest already. I'm currently working on a Caves of Skops mod and hope to get it uploaded later this month.

Every mod you did changes the different levels or one level?

+Groksik Each mod changes all the levels in one world. So the Blue Mountains mod changes all the levels in the Mystical Pique world, but doesn't change anything in any of the other worlds.

+WixeyFlix Maybe Can you help me plz? When i'm trying to launch Rayman Origins through Texmod I can't do this, because it says "Shit happened D'OH" Do you know how to fix it? I want to have some textures from the game to edit it and do my package.

+Groksik Hi Groksik, sorry you're having problems with Texmod. I can only give general advice though because Texmod gives very general error messages and it can be hard to work out what's wrong. 1. Make sure RAYMAN.EXE is selected under Target Application. The file path should look something like "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft" at the beginning. 2. Check your Anti-Virus software isn't blocking Texmod. Some Anti-Virus programs incorrectly detect Texmod as a Trojan or virus. 3. Check which version of Direct X you have on your computer. You can do this by clicking the Windows icon and typing dxdiag in the search bar. Texmod only works if you have DirectX 9 or above. 4. If you're running Windows XP you could try running Texmod in compatibility Mode. If none of the above work, you could try running Texmod as an Administrator, or re downloading Texmod.
