Seems like the Nymphs of the Glade aren't the only ones who need rescuing. If only the Princesses had remembered to bring their weapons...
This mod was requested by Choco Sweet #2, and features Barbara, Aurora, Estelia, Ursula and Olympia from Rayman Legends.

HOW TO RUN MODS
---------------------------------
To run the mod files you need a program called Texmod, which you can download from here: code.google.com/archive/p/tex... (select the texmod zip file at the bottom of the list).
1. Open Texmod and click the large yellow folder icon in the top left corner. Select "Rayman Origins.exe" (usually found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Rayman Origins\).
2. Select Package Mode in Texmod, then select the mod (.tpf file) by clicking the small yellow file icon to the right.
3. Click "Run" and the game should load with the selected mods.
4. Enjoy! :)

Thanks! :) The stretched wings still annoy me a little bit. The game seems to stretch or bend redrawn sprites and I'm not sure why. I found it happened most with sprites that were smaller than the original ones.

Probably the Nymphs, though I would have preferred it if they hadn't been quite so "curvy". I don't dislike the princesses, I just felt they didn't have much personality despite being playable characters.

How did you made those things?

Most of the modding is done using a program called Texmod, which makes copies of in-game textures. I then edit the texture copies using Paint Tool SAI and a graphics tablet. When I've finished redrawing them I use Texmod to combine the new textures into a texture package file. All you have to do then is launch the game using Texmod and it will temporarily replace the original in-game textures with the new ones.

It would be interesting to see the nymphs over the princesses (though i'm more of a sucker for Ly), not a lot of people mod Legends though is it harder to mod?

Same here, I'd be interested to see if a Nymph/Ly mod could work. I've seen a few videos on KZbin about modding Legends and although it's possible to do it also looks extremely complicated. I read somewhere that the mod files have to be exactly the same size as the originals or the game crashes. I'm not if I'll ever get round to trying a Legends mod, but it would be fun to try.

I'm not very familiar with Yo-Kai Watch but having seen some character images only Katie and Jibanyan might work, and even then they'd need quite a lot redesigning done. Komasan and Roughraff's hair and face would be almost impossible to mod.Unfortunately I don't have the time to try out designs at the moment as I'm working on a couple of other mod projects.

It's funny you should mention that because I was thinking about this a couple of days ago. As far as Nymph mods go, only Toriel, Undyne, and possibly Mettaton seem doable, though getting Undyne's face to fit would be tricky. Alphys might be possible, and I like the idea of attempting to make Muffet, but she'd probably loose at last one pair of eyes and legs in the process. :/

Almost all the in-game dialogue is in Pig Latin so I guess that's what the developers wanted... and I suppose at a practical level it meant they didn't have to record dialogue in multiple languages.
