Rayman Origins: Limbless Nymph Mods

More Texmod mods, this time featuring some "limbless" nymphs, because I just prefer Rayman 1's art style to Origins.
The nymphs are looking a little short since I ended up having to place their feet where their thighs should have been... :s

HOW TO RUN MODS
---------------------------------
To run the mod files you need a program called Texmod, which you can download from here: code.google.com/archive/p/tex... (select the texmod zip file at the bottom of the list).
1. Open Texmod and click the large yellow folder icon in the top left corner. Select "Rayman Origins.exe" (usually found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Rayman Origins\).
2. Select Package Mode in Texmod, then select the mod (.tpf file) by clicking the small yellow file icon to the right.
3. Click "Run" and the game should load with the selected mods.
4. Enjoy! :)

I’ll never understand how Betilla went from a limbless fairy in Rayman 1, to a full bodied thicc nymph in Rayman Origins. Did she use some kind of fairy magic to give herself a sexy body? If so, can I borrow that magic please?😂

Pensar que hace tiempo atrás yo tuve la posibilidad de conseguir este juego, pero decidí no comprarlo ya que no quería que mis papás pensaras que está jugando algo inapropiado, digo encerio.... The reason they changed them is because with rayman's lore in origins it wouldn't make any sense if there were other limbless people

Nexelon Thanks! :) I always found the Origins designs a bit too "goofy". I'll never understand why Ubisoft decided on that style as Rayman never seemed like a goofy sort of game series to me...

I always love Classic Betilla over Origins. Love the Chief hat for Edith Up. Helena's design is so lovely! Love Mama's design! This with Mark's Video Zone's MOD will be good combo!

I really love the Rayman 1 music in the videos, i just wish they'd do as well as they did back then with music. That sure was a nice soundtrack. Personally loved the first rayman, and no other part rly came close. Amazing that they got the old foes out of the box for Rayman Origins.

Just an untouched nymph that never made it into the final of the game. I believe you can find her in the sprite files or something like that. This is such a late response and i know someone already told you but I thought id just give a bit of a better explanation.

Amazing Rushil I know... ^^' I wanted to do a limbless Ly mod but wasn't sure about how her design should look, so I thought it would be best to leave it a while and come back to it later. Only then I started working on the Eraser Plains mods and nearly forgot about it... I'll get round to her eventually as it doesn't seem fair to leave her out.

+shirin und melina fan Hi, To get the file to work you need to use a program called Texmod. You can download it from here if you don't already have it: code.google.com/p/texmod/downloads/list (click the download called "texmod.zip") Once Texmod has downloaded, unzip and run it. Click on the large folder icon in the top left corner and select "Rayman Origins.exe" (usually located in "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft"). Make sure you have "Package Mode" selected, then click on the small file icon and select the nymph mod file(s). Press "Run" and the mod should work. :) Let me know if you have any problems with it.

i understand the lips and all but, why are they alwasy looking up? specially annoying when they give the POWERS

The reason they're always looking up is because there was no way to mod the pupils so that they fitted with the narrower eye shape. It annoys me too but after hours of experimenting this was the best I could do. The eyes would still move if I kept the original head shape but it looked totally out of proportion with the smaller bodies.

@@WixeyFlixVids wasnt it possible to "draw" the iris lower on the eye, so they would at leas be looking straight instead of up? since there are not many mods for the nymphs themselves, i dont know how are their animations affected by positioning the irises differently

@@FPrimusUnicron Possibly, I made these about three years ago so I'd draw things differently now if I did them again. The thing I found most annoying with the nymph models was that the pupils are animated separately and there's no way to change their position.
