As you saw, I don't need any more, but for first time buyers I think it's a bit cheap on Nikon's part. Penny pinching, I guess. Nice with this product you can charge 2 at once.

Will the Nikon warranty still be valid if you are using a non-Nikon charger and there is a problem?

I’d be interested to see if you can get similar battery life to the recommended Nikon EN-EL15c batteries. One thing I can’t afford, when out on a job, is if I can trust that the displayed battery life is accurate or not. I’ve had my Z6iii die early even when using the Nikon EN-EL15b batteries.

The EN-EL 15b batteries are 1900MaH, compared to 2280MaH for the c batteries shipped with recent cameras. The readout on this charger doesn't exactly coincide with what the camera says, other than when fully-charged. I use it as a guide. I need to do further testing to see how they perform over the long run. But my initial impressions are positive ... so to speak.

No, it will NOT charge the Sony OEM batteries. I tried four, and only one would charge. They charge just fine in my other chargers. Just another POS I now have to pack up and send back. There is NO support from this company.

That is unfortunate. I did not test or endorse Sony compatibility, since my charger/batteries were for Nikon En-EL15, which work perfectly. I am concerned that you have not been able to find support; I'll forward your complaint to my contact.
