Beautiful Home. Extremely too close together for that price. Thanks for sharing.

I think a lot of people don't understand the type of community this house is in. The homes are close to the street and one another, but the home itself is built up to maximize interior space. Definitely a niche home and subdivision. I like it.

LOVE THE FLEX ROOM!!! And that massive front porch ❤

There are houses all over Georgia boasting the same square footage with more land at a fraction of that cost.

Georgia is a big state right. So Real Estate pricing is heavily based on the location. This is one of Metro Atlanta's prominent locations - Vinings. This community is gated, full brick, over 5K sqft, minutes to Downtown Atlanta, Minutes to the Airport, Minutes to the Multi-Million Dollar- Retail and Sports Complex called The Battery. At $190 per sqft this is a steal FOR those that are shopping in this price point. Yes, other properties can be found cheaper but not for the access and cost per sqft as this one. Thank you for viewing and providing your comments, it really help shape the overall perspective for other viewers.

For a Million, I don’t want any carpet and the kitchen better have top of the line everything. This shit reminds me of an apartment that was built in 2014.

Nor should the bedroom, linen or any other closets in this home have wired shelving....strictly custom built. In addition, I need consistency in hardwood flooring throughout the home as well.

It must be the neighborhood because I don’t see nothing about this house that would accommodate that price

I notice most ALANTA homes have just burners for stove top. I'm not a fan of it I rather have a full stove. Is it possible to reverse that. I think it would look so much better too me.
@eveningglow90232 ай бұрын
That is a full stove. 6 burners and or grill is extra and or an upgrade.

I don't know about anybody else, but the hall tree in the main bath seems out of place to me.

Is there an elevator?

Over a million, don’t see a wow factor, why is there 2 closets side by side in that area. Small pantry , don’t think this house will be selling at that price point. Really what’s with the old carpet in the bedrooms, not even new. The flooring is different throughout the house. This house is a bust for me.

I hope they bought it for 500K dollars max and should just sell it for 750K dollars... LOL

It’s a nice decent home But !!! For that price? they’re asking is way too high! You can get a really nice house for that price in a nice neighborhood with definitely lots of privacy. I wouldn’t pay more than 500,000 for that house. 🏠
@antoinettesmith805111 сағат бұрын
The house is common. At that price point, where is the elevator for three floors? Additionally, the closets are cheap and shallow and why...at that price point are the closets embellished with that cheap white wire shelving. The master closet is an embarrassment! Where is the back yard. I saw the tiny area, so where is the rest? It is shameful to ask for that price for the limited amount of effort put into that "house"!
