I commend your efforts! I’m a lifelong night owl and as an introvert I also really appreciate how quiet the gym is at night. That being said, so many studies have come out about the benefits of morning workouts that I should try to get on this routine too. Good inspiration!

did not work out for me - doesnt matter how much I sleep if I wake up at ~6 AM, by 4 PM I am just turning off haha, have to nap at least an hour. so I kinda put a plug on schedule and sleep several 3-4 hour intervals during the day (I mean during a 24h period) and maybe one full 8 hr over a week. (I am a neet / trader) but I also do run and some light athletics, looks like we have somewhat similar exercise routines!

Looking good! Love you tiger :) I started walking cause I've been losing weight and it feels like the right thing to do. I can't even think of comparing myself to you or your schedule lol. You look like you were carved out of stone and I look like I was carved out of jello haha. I would make a great Santa 😂 You'd make a great David 😇😇😇

Thanks for the compliments, Peter! If you're walking even semi-regularly then you're probably doing more than most people. It's low impact and keeps the body alive longer.
