I like the night, and i'm a bit more productive at night, but I can wake up early in the morning, not be tired, and be just as productive on a good day. Im just never tired

This is a great video. My girlfriend thinks I should get to bed earlier, but I feel that my night owl genetics make that a difficult task. I like the part about having set shifts of who is going to watch the baby. Again, great video

I’m forced to be a morning bird because of school I wake up at 5 in the morning and I have both night owl and early bird trait thing and I actually believe it’s because of school

I definitely noticed thaf night owls are more creative and maybe also, intelligent. Not sure about the grades comment. Most of those I know who are night owls including my daughter, get straight As.

Vegan and just realized same as above. I think it’s more having a healthy, balanced diet that works for you and more importantly a balanced, healthy mindset!

Are you sure that you aren't "both" simply because you are trying to struggle to be both? You can't look right and left at the same time. Humans are told over and over to get up early and go to bed early. Are you just pandering to that or are you able to go to bed at any time, wake up and not need any coffee or energy drinks or such to maintain you?

@@User18286Oh, well then it's far to soon to know. You have a lot of energy at that age. When you hit 20 or so, you will likely lean one way or another.

Morning people need coffee to get them going lol, also early risers crash at the old 2pm ish. Needing those energy drinks or more coffee. Night owls don't have that crash. We maintain our energy levels and creativity while everyone else is snoozing to fit the "mold" of "normal" human life. Except all their doing is damaging their body to maintain the "grind". Sure some are natural early birds and they thrive off it, but MOST humans are forced to be early birds and simply cave to the pressure or "it's normal" when they likely aren't early birds. Actual night owls are smarter, hence why we never cave to that crap.

Best explanation I’ve ever heard about this topic!!! Total truth. So many Early birds are full of caffeine leading to a plethora of health issues. Meanwhile a night owl will never have to abuse their bodies that way

@@Yicahti Indeed. Though that's not to say some night owls don't have their own hurdles to deal with. If you don't live alone you have to make sure not to wake up anyone lol. Just to name one off the top of my head.
