Absolutely........in so many ways. Pretty much gave her the type of guidance that guided her to submit to her own demise. What got me is the sister still staying with him after all that he had done and *instinctively knowing that there's no way that this male really loves me and wants me. There's 2 things that should repulse the hell out of anyone, when it comes to folk behavior and thinking. Becoming aware that their interest in you and intent (especially when concerning any kind of union) is a farce and believing or buying into someone that has hurt you/had a hand in hurting you can be trusted (much less entertained) and will actually do right by you. To hell with them and whatever so called "help" that they're pretending to extend. As folk that can jump on board to hurt you (without valid and sound reason) will only aim to do right by you as a means to undo what they've consciously chosen to do in the past. It's like they're creating their own undoing in order to not face whatever they realize awaits them once time fast forwards.

My comment was removed because I used the word pedoph*le. Gert van Rooyen and his wife kidnapped girls in the late 1980's and till today they are missing. There are speculations that government ministers where involved.

To go through sexual abuse and them have family, the very people you're supposed to trust betray you is the worst thing someone can do to the victim. It is like spitting on someone's grave and saying fu. Then to die of murder, what a horrible life

yeah i get that, but you do tend to remember things or days a lot better when it’s a monumental day!
@itsyagirlzyllah91414 жыл бұрын
I don't understand this comment?😂. I think with something like that the person would remember, compared to something not memorable like eating dinner.
@harleighstringer4 жыл бұрын
its ya girl zyllah not just referring to this specfic case, but in a lot of cases she talks about, witnesses will remember "two girls at the beach, one blonde tall girl and a brunette short girl" or something similar that i would never even notice. or say you see a missing person just walking down the street before you find out they're missing, and then you find out a week later and remember seeing them. that's just not something i'd remember
@itsyagirlzyllah91414 жыл бұрын
@@harleighstringer ohhh gotcha. Sorry, I thought you were talking about that one specific story.

This poor, innocent girl... she was too good for that whole damn family. I am so sad she didn't get the opportunity to grow up and move on to a happy, healthy future. Her sister is as guilty as anyone, staying with a man like that. God, it makes my skin crawl!!

The situation about her getting molested and impregnated by her sisters husbands is so sad!!! I went through something like this and my sister decided to stay with her husband and my family forgave him as well. I thought I was the only person who literally went through something as shitty as this it just still blows my mind that this can happen and the guys get off basically free. It makes me so angry and disgusted.

@Fatima-gr4zr4 жыл бұрын
Interesting how there was presumably such a low crime rate in this area, yet, I'm sure there were other cases like Rayna's on child molestation. Of course this goes back to her family but it also shows how things aren't what they seem to be. Its so heartbreaking that she was taken so soon. She clearly had such a bright future ahead and showed that despite all she had been through.

There really isn't a whole lot of crazy crime in LaPorte. Unfortunately, that means the police aren't used to solving these kind of cases. At night, most of the police force can be found hanging out at one of the 24 hour gas stations, drinking coffee and talking.
@lienkss4 жыл бұрын
You know what truly baffles me..when you're told "if the person hasn't returned within 24 hours then you can file a missing person's report"...you know after those 24 hours it may already be too late, whereas if they just started looking immediately they MAY have gotten to the person in time. Although I understand their reasons for not being too concerned because being a teenager myself I am aware that we tend to do wild and reckless things, which include staying away from home...but those 24 hours are absolutely crucial.
@kennethcurtis1856 Жыл бұрын
If you know you do wild and crazy things as a teenager, one has to ask: why do you do 'em?

You should look into another case that happened a few years ago in Delphi Indiana. It’s the Libby and Abby case where they were at a park where their bodies were found. They are still looking for the killer and it’s made national news.

Yes this one hurts me to my core, first heard it on a podcast "tales by cole" go folow that podacst because he brings many cases to light, this one of libby wmf Abby especially reached out to me!
@hannahnielsen5165 Жыл бұрын
This is so weird, I'm just watching this video and scrolling through comments and then I see yours - I hadn't heard of Libby and Abby so I google it and turns out! Apparently they caught him! Just 10 hours ago! I hope that can bring some peace to the families. Edit: the guy (Richard Allen) confessed to his wife over the phone from jail 5 times but is also being investigated due to mental instability, whether his statement was reliable etc, but there is some evidence that does support that he definitely really could have done it. Of course, we have to wait and see what the police, courts and evidence says to be sure.
