I don't get it either, but I figure it's to protect abusers, rapists, molesters and the like. Dear everyone, please understand the reason why a lot of men do not talk about their abuse is because people, even women, will say that they are gay, they are lying, or it should be a reward for them. A lot of them don't get to have the same treatment and some either become gay, become the abuser, or starts to act up. The same way we are for our women survivors, we need to do the same for the men survivors. Men, especially Black men, need a space to talk about their abuse if they are afraid to go to therapy. As a person who was harmed as a child I don’t agree with that. He has grown and matured and is not stuck. He is not that same 11 year old boy, which is why he is able to defend himself and seek justice. He is the man that he needed when he was younger because that is who he had to grow to be, and not everyone can do that but I am happy and proud of him that he could. But I do pray for some sort of justice that feels right to him. And he continues to heal

This takes so much courage to talk about; especially for males. They shouldn't feel ashamed or stigmatized, but males have an especially difficult time speaking up about it. The additional layer of being a public figure makes it even harder. I hope they get justice, and if nothing else, the courage to speak up probably saved other children from the same fate! Men aren’t taken as seriously as women when it comes to rape allegations, because of rape culture. Rape culture is so much more than just sexual assault. Think about some of the rap lyrics from some of your favorite rappers & musicians that normalize rape, from Rick Ross’s verse on U.O.E.N.O, Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines etc. Then think about some of the degradation you experience when it comes to sexual harassment/assault, from revenge porn to being mocked, called crazy & called gay as Raz B had gone through. And the thing about when we get to the degradation part of rape culture is that it depends on homophobia, slut shaming, purity culture etc.’s existence in order to go on. And a conversation we often forget to have is how rape culture burdens men too. Rape culture depends homophobia especially when we think about some of the degradation they experience when they come out. If the perpetrator is a woman, it’s expected of him to have wanted it & if he didn’t his sexuality is brought into question. I’m glad our society is less tolerant. I’m happy about the #MeToo movement. I’m hoping Raz B gets his justice. For anyone who wants to learn more about rape culture, especially how it affects young black boys, please watch this video. Sexual abuse is one of the hardest things to deal with. You talking about depression, anxiety, using vices just to deal with the pain. It warps your sense of self. It's traumatizing in so many ways! Wishing peace, healing, and justice for every victim of sexual abuse regardless to who they are.

I found this online and his wife didn’t mention her birthday on her IG but she regularly makes birthday post about all her family and friends. :Miyana was introduced to Marques Houston by Chris Stokes and his daughter Chrissy Stokes. Miyana ran away from her home in Eugene, Oregon, on August 6, 2016, at 8:00 AM. Marques Houston birthday is August 4 1981. Miyana became 19 years of age in the Fall of 2020, October 7th is her birthday. Miya is like a daughter to Chris Stokes because we are all like family. Being a Jehovah’s Witness, we all showcase true love like family. That’s it,” wrote Marques. Marques claims Chrissy Stokes Morales met Miya in 2018 and became friends with the teen and that’s when he met her. He also claims he fell in love and got engaged with the teen in March of 2019. -Marques Houston was molested and groomed by Chris Stokes and he was instructed to molest and rape little boys. And here he is A 40 years old marrying A girl who is friends with Chris Stokes daughter and who just turned 19. I always knew Raz B wasn’t lying but I’m just realizing Marques Houston is just as guilty as Chris Stokes after finding out about this marriage to A run away teen. I hope Raz B and many other male victims of rape and sexual abuse get justice too.
