I think you could also turn off razer synapse autostart in the autostart tab in the task manager, restart your computer and start synapse manually. I think it does the exact same thing

Absolute legend! My Synapse settings didn´t do anything or they didn´t change the sound quality. I contacted the support three times and they could not fix anything, but this did!

I just updated synapse and everything worked as expected, i just bought a razer blackwidow tournament edition v2 and it worked straight away. Now i can have my fancy light show lmao

Had a hard time with Razer Kraken Tournament Edition not being detected (and THX audio did not work either) and this solved it. The numerous driver uninstalls and installs did not work, and reinstalling synapse, and restarting a bunch of times. And this simpe thing worked? WTF? Thanks pal.

I had this exact same problem with my mousepad, this method also worked but i found it easier to just delete razer synapse and reinstalll the software and that also worked. thanks for the help

This worked for my Kraken v3 pro I just purchased yesterday. I think I am going to return them as it is very disheartening to see this has been an ongoing issue for over 3 years and still an issue today. I have 3 other Razar products that work flawlessly with synapse and wanted to replace my Corsair headset as to have all Razar products. Really a shame as I do like the Kraken when it is loaded into synapse.

Hi! I bought a new razer kitty like a year ago, and I had the exact same problem :(! Does your headset still works? And do they get desconected every time you move? Sometimes mine works but the sound pops if I move, they shouldn't be broken or something since I've been really careful with them :(

Tried these and found out my Skullcandy ANC crushers make these look like they came from the $1 store. The bass on the nari isn’t even close and the sound quality is bad

How about non-Razer, non-wireless devices? Synapse is meant to let you use THX audio with any device I believe. It doesn't even work for me with an old headset attached via 3.5mm jack. I don't get the audio tab at all.

Thanks you a lot this video helped me to find from where the problem came, i got sizzle in headphones. The problem came from razer synapse that wasn't updated and it couldn't do it (i don't know why). But i went in "Apps & features" search for razer synapse and after clicking on unsintall it asked me if i wanted to repare. I clicked on yes and it did the update and found my razer nari ultimate. I used this video "How to detect your Razer Device in Synapse 3" from the channel "R Λ Z Ξ R SUPPORT".

I recently got a Kraken 2019 but it wont even light up yet it will still play sounds. Mic doesn't work at all. The computer detects it as a speaker and nothing appear in Synapse. Anyone got any help?

It might be defective so you can try contacting costumer support but that could be a hassle. One solution that might work would be to try and reinstalling the drivers for the device.

Delete Riot Vanguard Guys I found a solution for those who cant find any solution !!!! If these Videos dont help you, delete the Valorant Anti Cheat. It is called Riot Vanguard. I tried everything but Riot Vanguard had blocked my Keyboard and Mouse from the Razor Synapse Software. Once I deleted it it worked !!!!

109/5000 Just hold the button on the headset for about 5 seconds and it will turn on, repeat the process if you want to turn them off.

In my case there is no working fix to solve the issue with Razer Mamba Wireless. My mouse simply doesn't appear in Synapse after waking up from sleep mode. The only thing that helps is to quit and restart Synapse. Synapse 3 is still beta so errors do happen.

driver scan worked OK all up to date . Headphones r my problemo my Razer shark headphones bought 2019 are Chit no mic work and when plugged in wont work and razer app wont wor also most PC Apps R Chitouse these days driver issues with win10 Even Gigabyte Easytune 2020 stopped the driver wont detect it spent hours with razer & looking for clues but Blank ------------ the switch in cable is faulty 2 pin jack BF5 i will have to buy a diff brand but WIFI next time the dam cables annoys me got hang cord higher anyway cheers BF5 was avg but using the geforce Filter on ALT-R3 made maps so clear and using the blindness colors better and a few pimps i watched youtube lock frame rate *turn OFF Was 60FPS Now 150fps avg on my 40" 60hgz tv I,m Now seeing the Red enemy players better Worth learning Maybe i'll get that Samsung 240ghz curved Monitor out i bought $560 in 2020 never used due to arm pain RSI elbow stinging alot - i started exercise fist & stretch out 3months Fixed it
