I absolutely love this keyboard. The key switches are so smooth to press with a light bump that you can feel. The wrist wrest is amazing, it connects magnetically so it's easy to attach or remove. The RGB isn't overbearing it's the perfect amount. The chroma studio is a little confusing at first but it doesn't take long to figure out

Had this keyboard for a bit over a year now and I can say that this is easily one of the best keyboards I’ve ever laid my hands on. Super fast, responsive, comfortable, sleek, and durable. Yes, $200 is a lot, but I think it’s a worthy price tag. This is a very, very high quality keyboard

I know I'm late to the video but I just want to say that I just got the Razer huntsman elite keyboard and it is a huge upgrade in my opinion I just love how the opto mechanical switches feel and sound & I also love that I can map any button to the dial witch is pretty useful if I'm doing any work and I need to scroll up and down without using a mouse and the RGB underglow really is some eye candy, I haven't tried the wrist rest yet but when I held it in my hand it almost felt like a pillow. So in my opinion, this keyboard is the definition of "you get what you pay for".

I would just like to say that the wrist rest has one flaw: The screws holding the top of it together easily come loose when hitting it with your fist in a mist of rage. Very common when playing mordhau, cs go or similar games.

In my country, this keyboard is being sold and where it's displayed in the store the box of the huntsman elite has a cutout for the arrow keys so people can kinda test it before buying, so me and a couple of friends spent a good 5 minutes clicking on the arrows before leaving

Also as a con you need to plug 2 usb plugs (one for the keyboard and one for the rgb lights).... and sadly the media buttons feel very cheap. For $200 I expected the media buttons and volume dial to feel smooth.... feels like a last minute add-on that you can feel the dial scraping or scratching something. I took it back to the store for a replacement and it felt the same.

Sathyaman, Considering he only talked about the media keys and the two usbs, you can’t say that he didn’t expect a “good gaming experience”. Literally any keyboard can give you a “good gaming experience”. If you’re complaining about two usbs (which is what I assume you meant by “good gaming quality”, then why buy a keyboard which is gonna draw a lot of power that uses two usbs (which are optional)?. Also, some people media keys and find it to be very useful. Some people just like different feels for them. I’m gonna bet you haven’t actually tried the keyboard, so you can’t really go out and talk shit about it anyways. Also, I’m not a Razer fanboy. The only product I use from them currently is the Deathadder, the rest is HyperX. No need to act really bitchy about a company/product you don’t like lmao.

Been using it for almost a month now, it does leave some smudges now and then but it won't bother you that much unless you have hyperhidrosis, so apart from that it's actually pretty amazing! Didn't regret getting this keyboard!

the keyboard doesnt matter; the keycap does. This uses shitty matte abs keycaps. If you want good keycaps that resist sweat then buy PBT doubleshot ones.

I used this keyboard over this past weekend when my house had no ac. It was 90° in my room and I did notice a lot of sweat I had to keep rubbing off, but it didn’t cause any permanent damage to the wrist rest or keycaps. If you want a keyboard where you don’t even realize your hands sweat, I recommend Corsair. Their keycaps are much higher quality plus the wrist rest isn’t the soft cushion that razer provides, it’s more of a solid piece of rubber that doesn’t feel that bad tbh.

I Used to run the razer blackwidow 2014. But last year I upgraded to the corsair k70 Rapidfire with the Cherry MX Speeds. I'm not going back to anything that doesn't have Cherry MX speed switches. It makes a noticeable difference for me in games such as League of Legends.

I am worried about the possibility of the optical beam failing eventually, is that something to worry about? I'm worried that it can't be repaired easily due to it's proprietary design and build, and I'm worried that this happens after warranty period and I'd be left without a solution for any dead keys that this keyboard might have in the future =/
