What you didn’t mention was the surround sound. That is super good and I honestly just feel astonished that I only have a speaker on either side of my head instead of all around me. They just feel a little heavy for me. Great video. Also, how would you clean these? I’ve had mine for a while and I think it’s time to clean then. I got the pewdiepie edition because it was cheaper, so I don’t wanna use soap and water as I think that will ruin the design

Latency is very good! Yes it is durable and you’ll only use that cable for charging anyway so no worries there.....battery life will be good for many years to come!

@@jazzman2399 Haven't tried it yet, but judging by lots of reviews and searches, the Blackshark V2 Pro is better in almost every aspect. I returned my Nari Ultimate and got the Blackshark instead. I agree with with you that Nari looks much better, but if you're looking for sound quality, longer battery life with a lightweight headset, then get Blackshark V2 Pro instead.

2:10 this button already exists on the xbox version! The only thing you have to do is buying the bluetooth dongle separately.. Thera is a nother nice features inside the xbox version: you are able to mute only game or only chat sound by pressing the volume control wheel of each type

If you don’t need the mic, I suggest you get different headphones. Something closed back (if necessary which in my situation it is) get something like the Audio-Technica M70x. These are very neutral headphones and have better imaging and soundstage than the Arctis Pro 7. Just a hint that instead of making a big purchase like this, you could get a standalone and good headphones for this price.

My biggest issue, does this microphone have good mic monitoring / sidetone? I had the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 for PS4 and it had amazing sidetone / mic monitoring I could hear myself as if I wasn't wearing a headset but literally no headset advertise if they have mic monitoring or not so I'm getting frustrated not being able to find one. I bought the Arctis 5 and it has so low mic monitoring that I'm sending them back.

Yes but you would have to use obs studio to monitor the mic noise or some other software.....if your looking for something like that I would look at either the Astro a40 tr’s or the Astro a50......the main selling point on this headset is the haptic technology which only makes you feel the vibrations

I got these headphones yesterday and love everything about them but the mic kills it. Idk if you have the same problem but on ps4 everyone hears my audio and vibrations from the bass. I have the volume dial about 50-75%. I tested the mic on audacity and i really think its just terrible sound leakage. Very heartbreaking because it's exactly what I'm looking for for audio/bass.

I didn’t experience that.....interesting...play with the settings in synapse to see if you can get it down to where u want it and it works a bit better...

@@BlackDoomax Na. 2 of my friends got the same headphones and we all returned it due to the same problem. It's just the headphone design. For some reason the mic picks up the audio coming out the earcups. Actually dissapointing because the audio, bass, comfort is amazing. But the mic is a dealbreaker.

@@BlackDoomax Yea messed with all the settings in the software. The mic is just trash. If you want it to use the mic dont get it. But if your on pc and using a different mic anyways I guess it's good. But for consoles where your stuck with the built in mic, I highly don't recommend a buy.

Great review, that rumble tech is not for me. I've tried the arctis pro wireless, astro a50, corsair virtuoso, TV 600/700 and all don't compete with my lucid sound LS41. Not sure what else I could try. Using ps4 Pro.

@@DetroitFury 😂 that's how it's looking. Out of all them listed the only one that was decent was the arctis pro but it wasn't better than the lucid it was around the same but double the price. Have you tried the lucid sound?

Best $350 I spent. I'm Canadian these cost about $350 when I got them. I love this head set it works well with my PS5 and PS4. Cheaper than the Steele series arctis pro and the Astro A50s. I just wish I had a PC to take full advantage of this headset. Razer desktop app doesn't work on Mac.

Great job..but why do you have the mic so far away from your mouth when you're talking...that's the reason why you sounded so nasally when you were demonstrating it. If the mic or at least have to distance closer he would sound a lot more crisp and clear

@@theblondechief2835 so after awhile of thumbing through things I finally came across people with a solution. Seems that the plug in gets affected by everything else plugged into the tower (which is stupid). So, a few people said they bought a 3.0 extension cord and never had the issue again. I bought one on amazon and almost never drop connection now, also seemed to work if I plugged into my keyboard usb. Basically the headsets plug in needs to be away from the tower which is stupid in my opinion and why they designed it like that makes no sense.

Check in Windows when it’s connected or in obs ....make sure you have the headset selected🤷🏻‍♂️
